Brett McCarthy,

and on-farm training to their operation. Brett moved to Dubbo
five years ago and went into partnership with a communication
business before starting his own business, ORC, three years
ago. Brett’s previous experience in radio communication/GPS
industry is extensive with 22 years in total. Brett spent a
number of years living in Adelaide, traveling and specialising
in communication systems for countries in the Indian Sub Continent,
Indo China, and Asia. ORC specialises in radio communications,
auto steer and guidance systems for tractors. Brett also holds
a Marketing Certificate from the Australian Institute of Management,
Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, and currently
completing the Cert IV in Small Business Management.

industry both here in Australia and UK - working directly for
farmers and with Agricultural Equipment Manufacturers. After
completing a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics, James became
involved with machinery economics and implement matching. He
spent many years with Connor Shea Napier as Area Manager for
the central west of NSW and in 2000, became the Area Manager
in the central west NSW for the GPS guidance company BEELINE
- overseeing the direct selling of BEELINE's products

(CSU), and is a accredited member of AAAC and AIAST. John has
been a farmer for 28 years and has worked as a Rural Financial
Counsellor and later Private Consultant for 12 years.
Lisa has completed a B.Ag.Econ. (UNE) and Cert. IV in Workplace
Assessing and Training (Riverina Institute TAFE). Lisa has also
worked as a Rural Financial Counsellor and later as a Private
Consultant for nine years.
